Season 16 - Week 2

There was some good picking of draws this week with Matt Britcliffe and Steve Tester spotting the Blackburn Chelsea draw and Sean Locke with the Villa Wolves stalemate. Craig the ram had the Sheff Wednesday Derby draw and these results propel them to the top of their prospective leagues.

In a week where there was a big overall improvement over week 1, there were some good away wins forecast. Chris Cornwall had the Southampton win at the McDons, Jimmy Smith the Man City win and Craig the sheepdip's spot of Notts County's continuing form all shot them up their leagues.

Other notable efforts were Tony Southworth's value pick of Real Mallorca at home, always worth looking out for, and Spurs away win at Stoke.

So in these early days of season 16 it's still close at the top of the overall league with the above draw pickers leading the way but Richard Rimington separates them in second position after following up his draw pick last week with the safe bet of West Brom at home.

Unfortunately Gibbo can't do the analysis for the foreseeable future so are there any volunteers up for carrying on his good work? Just reply to the email if you are interested.

Cheers
Tony
